Wagner brake parts - 1968 wagon 120-130

So I finally got the brakes apart on my wagon. The pads look good, but it makes sense to replace them while I have the drums off. I'm also thinking a new hardware kit makes sense too. Lastly I think I might replace the cylinders, that is if I can find an option other than the 70$ units that IPD sells.

So I tracked down a raybestos option on the shoes, which will run me 30$. Thoughts on the hardware? Is that the kind of thing I can just take with me to the autoparts shop and try poking around.

Lastly, the cylinders. Rebuild? Or replace? If I replace is there a 20$ option?

Thanks

Matt
