Hi,
Need to replace the old/stock/broken off antenna on my 244. The base and everything needs removed.

I bought a Volvo replacement antenna (I think I got it from Groton) for a 740 that it said would also fit a 240. It seems like it will-I didn't want to have a bunch of trouble fitting in a store bought universal antenna.

I didn't anticipate the trouble in removing the old one! I have only messed around with it for a little, but it seems stubborn.

Anybody have any tips?
