Volvos in Europe not supplied with cruise contral?

At some point I think I heard or read that cars in Europe are not supplied with cruise contral.

Can any of our European Brickboarders confirm or deny this??

I will be in Amsterdam in late September and would love to trade a cruise control setup towards a set of Euro headlights for a 940.
