I have to agree that the best way is to have an account on an image hosting site like Photobucket. It is free and easy. You simply copy the HTML code for the image you want to display and then paste it in your post. You can set your account options to display the code.

The problem with images uploaded to the brickboard is that many times they simply disappear.

If you leave the images (undisturbed) in the Photobucket album the HTML code will be good for viewing old posts- hopefully years from now.
