SC 816 Scans But Does Not Find 900

I recently bought a used SC 816 Volvo radio, mainly because it has the single CD. However, while everything else works fine, the radio search does not seem to work at all.

Instead, scan finds nothing, and I have to manually find a known station, which is difficult when travelling. I believe the antenna is plugged in properly, but thought some may have some ideas on a fix or setting in the radio so it will work.
