No start 700 1991

I would suspect the radio suppression relay. Is this a turbo car? If so it is located here:

If it is a Rex Regina system I am not sure where it is. Possibly the same place. It is the same as the fan relay. You can remove the radio suppression relay and insert a jumper between the two sockets that are connected to the two heaviest wires in the connector. If the car then starts you need to replace or reflow the solder joints on the printed circuit boards.

This is a common failure and many people carry a spare fuel injection relay and a radio suppression relay in the car.

Edit: So if you have spark I still suggest you check out the radio suppression relay. If not I would look into the fuel injection relay.

The distributor cap needs to be removed using an 8mm wrench or socket if you have a low profile ratchet.
