A/C Blowing Cold but not out the dash vents S90-V90 1998

16 " vacuum seems quiet low to me also--I would attack all of those vac lines as stated and that vac tree as well--I would also consider changing out your intake gasket if it's never been changed--my old car would develop 21 and 22
inches of vac and the car had 240k miles on her before my son thought it was a good car to do burn outs with. Dag nab it
