Planning for Winter: Tires & Wheels 900

My friend just got a job at an unnamed tire store, and he can get some really good discounts. I already have a set of Blizzaks for the rear, which have drastically improved traction during the winter months. However, my front winter tires are all season tires, and they don't have much life in them left.

My question is would getting a set of winter tires for the front be advised or would it just be a waste of money and I should just get a set of all season tires?

Also, the font wheels no longer provide an adequate seal due to rust. So I'm in the set for a new set of wheels. Would the wheels with part number 1387534 be the correct fit for a 95 944.

Many thanks
