1988 245 Timing belt broke while siting in trafic. 200

I was sitting in traffic on my way home from work, just as happy as can be, being that I just got all of the suspension parts that I had ordered for my wagon. What do you know 2 traffic lights from home the car dies, after all the looking and reading around I figured out that the timing belt has broken. I don’t know if the valves are damaged or not and I’m a little unclear if the B230F is a interference engine or not.

With that said I decided to change the timing belt and see if I could get the car started. I have had no luck in getting the car started. The engine is getting fuel, spark, and I have set the timing base of the FAQ from the 700/900 series and this tread:

I took the time to count the 44 teeth on the timing be to line up the I gear.

Thanks for the help.
