Running rough at idle and some misfiring but not noticeable unless you are in the car at the stop light.

Clean MAS and seems to have helped...just cleaned it several weeks ago as general PM. Is there any other areas to address as a good PM since I have almost all origin major parts on this Volvo as the only owner with >255000 miles.

Son drives the car to school now, but I stay involved with the PM all these years.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
