Removing injectors? 200

Hello, I recently purchased an 89 240 wagon and was told to replace the injector seals. I can disconnect the fuel line, the connector cables and the metal clips that hold the injectors in place without any problems. However, I can't pull the injectors out of the engine or pull the fuel rail from the injectors. Would any of you have any advice on getting them out?
