new to manual tranmissions, a couple questions. 200 1982

i recently acquired a manual transmission 1982 245. im new to a manual transmission and have a couple questions.

first, it feels like the rear wheels are shacking up and down super fast when i shift into second.

and secondly, when going up hills or when theres a load there is a rattling sound. the best i can describe it would like shacking a metal bucket with nuts and bolts inside. it only does this when the load is too high either from shifting too soon or going up a hill.

are this clutch issues? a timing issue? where do i begin to resolve these issues?

thanks in advance brickboard!
