Rear Headrest for a 245 200 1991

Please pardon the potential repetitiveness if this has been addressed many times. The BB search function is not too reliable these days and I can't find the info I'm looking for.

I'm rehabbing a decent condition 1991 245. Its got a lot of little broken interior plastic parts and a few things are missing altogether. While surveying the interior I noticed that I have mounting tubes for the rear headrests. Of course I don't have a set to install, but I'd like to replace them if possible.

I've read that the rear tubes are uncommon and a particular problem to install if you did not have the factory tubes in the first place.

I've managed to find a pair of rear headrests in the correct color, but from a sedan. I'm doubtful that these are compatible. Can rear sedan headrests be made to work?

Are the rear headrests similar to the front headrests? The tube configuration looks similar, but I've not investigated the depth, diameter and center point distance. Will an extra set of front headrests fit on the rear seats?

Would the headrests from a 740/760 work?

Thanks for any information.
