Where to source heater blower motor? 120-130

By drilling just a couple holes in the heater core box to accept different mounting holes, my brother adapted a Chevy truck (mid '70s I think) motor...

On the motor casing:

UNIMOTOR
11587 12V 08101
Made in Canada

It appears to only be single speed, as it's only got one spade clip connector, to which my brother hooked the green wire.

I guess it works fine, but I don't know for sure. Probably a cheap alternative though if nothing else comes along... and I expect the minor modifications (holes drilled) would be easy to hide down the road if/when you find the right part.
