Picked up a 1991 944TI a bad motor 900 1991

I just picked up the above mentioned car. It I have checked the compression and got 0/150/30/160 for compression numbers. Given this, the motor does not seem to have been well maintained as the flamtrap was clogged solid. Do you think that I will be good on the lower end and just buying a new head or do you think that it will be new motor time?
