heads 140-160

Hi all am after advice re b20 heads. I have a good b20b with a rebuilt bottom end and the head has fi inlet valves, bronze guides, hardened seats and has been machined down to match the E's 10.5:1 cr(am in Australia). Plan is to use ipd cam followers and tubular pushrods, dual springs, standard rockers, it has steel timing gears and the cam will depend on the head which leads me to ask- what difference will there be as far as ability to get exhaust ports to flow in a b head vs an e or f and will it be enough to warrant sourcing another head? The car will be a weekend toy for club events and hillclimbs and such but will still be used on the street so it needs to be a bit softer than a race engine.
Cheers in advance.
