Easy out... 120-130

Sucks big time. I am assuming the engine is out of the car? One thing I do if I can is use the mig welder to tack some metal on the end of what ever is broken. The heat helps loosen what ever is stuck, the metal extending can be grabbed by vice grips, maybe.

Other things are to get some carbide grinding burs and go at it, or hard stones. Last resort is a machine shop with the proper tools to get it done.

If you don't panic, and take your time it can be done. Even if you bugger up the threads, there is always heli coils to put in.
