B230FT oil cooler adapter removal 700 1988

Trying to replace the exhaust manifold gaskets on my 1988 740 Turbo. Got the outboard oil drain line bolt removed but can't get leverage on the inboard one, got the rear manifold brace bolt out but can't get to the front one or the oil feed line bolt. Seems like the oil cooler adapter has to come out - I read the FAQ (unbolt PS pump, 32 mm socket, etc), but not clear on what to do. Do the lines to the adapter have to be disconnected? Where is the 29mm bolt that gets removed? Does anyone have any detailed instructions to get that thing out of the way or a trick to get these last 3 bolts out? I've never run into so many tool access problems as with this job. Thanks -
