Wires under my a$$! 200 1989

Now that I've got your attention...

Can anyone please tell me where I might purchase, or sell/trade for, a new wire seat grid for under the butt cushion. It's the only part holding up my driver seat rebuild. I've tried the following sourses:

FCP- not available
IPD- likewise, but are trying to get the powers that be to ok the manufactering
of their own version. Say there is no time table for when this might be.
URO- nope
My local dealer (only one in Austin)- not available
2 Houston dealers- nope
7 Volv dealers in the Boston area- no
2 local parts yards- unfortunately, they have been crushing most of the 240's. I found one decently in shape passenger grid, so I may go back for this one...

I'd really like to replace this with a new grid if I can. Believe it or not, the darn springs are still available from the dealer, for $6 a piece.

Any help finding a definite source for a new one is greatly appreciated.

thanks
~jason
