Not that complex 200

I under stand how you derived your conclusion about Volvo's relaxed policy on having their vendors provide quality parts. Bet they would deny it.

All is waning on the 240's from them. The same goes for the 09's. After the model year or in some cases before they have sold them all. 2010's on sale for a month now.

We know this, year in, year out.

Yet, buyers walk in like cattle and expect a better car with less "initial quality defects for 90 days" than there trade in had when they bought it new.

Now where did they get that idea? Advertising. Who pull lint out of their pocket with this. I ask. J.D. Powers?

Analyst. People studies by researchers. Surveys. Neilson Ratings and the list goes on.

If you use plastic and live on the power grid. Your buying habits are a book!

You say "not that complex". Those days starting ending in the years of IBM punch cards in the hands of universities.

I wish I could share that one with you Art. If you had gotten his part. Would you have cleaned as he did or return it if on their nickle too!

I don't know what Jorrell circumstances were.

I wonder "What the Survey Says!". Internet against Brick and Mortar returns. I bet it weighs in where you buy.

Good day

Phil
