Power steering leak 700 1992

I developed a power steering leak a couple of months ago or so. I could not see where it was coming from, all the boots and hose connections were dry. I ended up putting in some Lucas power steering stopleak, which helped for a while, until I had to do it again. Today I was replacing an A/C hose, so I thought I'd try to see where the leak was. I finally found it after removing the little plate below the centre of the rack. There are a couple of steel lines running from the valve body where steering shaft is to the middle of the rack and to one end of the rack. It's the shorter line that connects to the middle of the rack that's leaking. (See image below.)

I checked FPC Groton and don't see ant parts for the steering rack available, except the main hoses. Can this steel line be purchased anywhere? I sure wouldn't want to buy a whole steering rack.
