Silly question

What year was the M45 introduced in the 240 and when did it stop??

What models and years in the 200 series had 4.1 or 4.3 diff ratio's

Building a Rally car... wanting to know what and where i can get them..
Ohh i'm in Oz....

And.....
What True track or Lockrite centers are avail for the Salisbury in the Volvo 200's 1030 i think from memory??
