Intake manifold stud moves 900

I need to remove the intake manifold to replace the gaskets (very loud tapping noise coming from manifold). While trying to remove the front bolt on the intake manifold (one closest to the timing belt), I noticed the stud spins and I can't take off the nut. What is my best option here? Do I wedge something in to keep the sleeve and stud from spinning?

I read the FAQ's section and I found one section dealing with loose studs. However, there wasn't much detail. Should I take to a Volvo shop or is this fairly easy to remove?

Any good ideas?

Thanks!
