imobiliser stuck on my 960 200 1995

i just replaced the oil seals on the oil engine breather seperator on the side of the block i had locked it on the fob but when i was working on it the battery was disconnected i unlocked it and locked it via the key,when i put it all back the fob would only flash the lights it wouldn't unlock or lock so i opened it with the key now it wont start it turns over but no fuel or ignition so i guess the imobiliser is still on any ideas guys ?
Its a 960 2.9 litre 1995
