Do all 940 's come prewired with heated seats?? 900

Hello fellow volvo drivers,

My brother has a 1995 940 and we noticed that it had the blank plastic pieces where the heated seat switches go. So, we were wondering if it's possible to get heated seat switches and relays, hook them up and have some warm toasty seats in the winter. Does any know, if it's as simple as installing the switches and relays? Did they put the warmers in all the seats for these cars? Thanks.
