torque lift? 120-130 1966

Starting from a stop I sometimes get something happening just as the car begins to move forward. It's like something is lifting up one rear corner of the car and then setting it down again. Or like a speed bump under one tire. It happens when I am on a hill or when the engine is cold and I am giving it lots of gas.

I have looked for broken things back there, and all looks well as far as I can tell. Except both shock straps are broken and hanging. Previous owner put in some new bushings on the arms that go forward from the rear hubs.

I have some loose rubber bushings on the propeller shaft bearing holder. Engine mounts look okay...I haven't tried lifting the engine to see if they are intact, but they don't look broken.

Any ideas?
