Tire Size for 1984 240 Wagon? (speedometer seems off) 200 1984

I bought a 1984 245 a few years back (with close to 400,000!) and its time for new tires...
The tires on it are 195/75/14's (which, I think, is correct?), but the speed on the speedometer is always about 30% slower than reality, and the odometer (before it stopped working entirely) always registered about 30% less than reality.

Do I have the wrong size tires, or is something else messing with my odometer and speedometer?
