What is wrong with my car? Anyone have a tach for sale? 200 1985

I'm still stumped on this missing/stalling problem. Runs fine until warmed up, engine starts cutting out intermittently like flipping a switch, sometimes it just a little miss, some times cuts out completely and comes right back an instant later. Rarely, it stalls. Hard to restart/keep running when this starts happening. Restarts fine when cooled off 10min or more.

Fuel problems ruled out (doesn't act like a fuel problem, anyway)
same symptoms with 2 different AMMs
new Bosch cap plugs rotor wires, coil, FP relay good, both pumps good
12v+ remains at ICU, FP relay, AMM, TPS, coil, 25V fuse, Hall sensor, fuses, throughout the occurance of these symptoms.
02 sensor reads between .2-.8v in spec.
ECU is new, could it be malfunctioning?

I wish I had a tach or tach/dwell meter. Anyone have a large tach for a 240 they want to part with cheap? This would really help with troubleshooting.

This car is undriveable like it is. I will rapidly lose and gain power and sometimes it will backfire. This problem seems to be getting worse.
