no power 200 1991

Hi guys –
My ’91 245 is having no power issues. I recently had the engine replaced with an engine from a ’93 240 with <90,000 mile. The car ran great for a while, and then developed idling problems. I replaced the AMM and cleaned the Air Intact Control Valve. The idling problem was corrected; except for a very, very slight surging (I have checked all of the vacc. Lines and can find a leak). The car initially drives great (best it’s driven in about 5 years), but when I stop at a light the car looses power. I have to floor the accelerator to get the car to move. It feels like something is stopped up. I also noticed that when this happens the speedometer does not work.
I really miss this car and want to get it back on the road, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Molly
