Switch Them 120-130

The tolerances on the vac chambers are really tight (and are supposed to be that way). Over time the piston gets closely mated to the "bell" and occasionally it will only fit together and move freely if get them exactly matched up.

My guess is that you probably swapped them left-right. If not, you may need to rotate each bell 120 degrees or so until they move freely.

Worse case (and I mean worst case) try polishing the edges with some steel wool and see if you can get them to move freely. Don't go crazy here or you'll wreck the vacuum action.
