Another cam gear question 120-130

Hello,

The original SWAG steel timing gears had double the teeth on both the cam gear and crankshaft gear compared to the fiber gear set up.

I believe the R-Sport timing gears, however had the same number of teeth as the fiber gears.

If you are changing from a fiber cam gear set up to steel gears, you should change both gears as the hardness of the gears should be matched.

If you are installing a new fiber gear, you do not have to change the crankshaft gear as long as the crankshaft gear is already for a fiber gear.
