What kind of gasket did you get & were from?

93mm bore is too big unless you are doing something special like oversize intake valves.

What are you wanting to do with the car? With overweight B21 rods & pistons you could build something that lasts a long time, but it will fall on it's face after 6000rpms. K-Jet is not bad with a modified engine too. The intake manifold is not great, but it's a big step up from twin SU's.

If you put a Zetec in it, you no longer have a Volvo.
