CI fuel injection system 140-160 1974

I have a 74 volvo with teh CI system they only put these on volvo in 74 and 75 i think my fuel distributor is bad i put a gauge between the distributor and the pressure regulator and nothing i have pressure before the dist it's very hard to find a dist for a volvo but no problem finding one for a saab or VW I mounted one off a Saab on my car and it runs better but still no pressure there are more ports on the saab and vw dist has anyone else ever done this
