CI fuel injection system 140-160 1974

Sad but true...for lack of an "S" I could not figure out what fuel injection system he was talking about.

I was aware that 74-75 140's used K-jet in the 'States but I was not sure if the D-jet continued in other markets for those years. I just was not making the connections.

Thanks for clearing it up for me. Wish I could help more the question, but I am still bit confused about the rest of it.
