Hey Klaus! I need a lesson on distributor advance curves? 120-130

Klaus- I know you have the answer,

My 120 was running like a beast (2.3L b20) until I tuned it, bolted on some headers and parked it, (tail lights don't work constantly... The engine has no power...

I usually have the timing advanced a tad high and it was fine.

So I wanted to blame the carbs and have Rhys rebuild them... So he suggested I check the distributor advance curves, and check if the advance weights are sticking? How to tell? Could this be an issue of a vacuum leak in the headers?

thanks a ton!
