hard start 700 1990

Thanks for the info, also after i warm it up and drive ot, turn it off and start it up the idle is rough and then the rpms go up to 1500 and comes back to about 700. can't drive it until this happens, if i drive it the motor acts like it does not want to take gas, it really sputters for about 45 seconds and then it runs fine. when i turn off my radio i get a lot of loud static. john
