Water Leak from Air Condioner passenger side 93 940 turbo wagon 900

I have water leaking from the evaporator cover. The drain is clear and works, but I also get water inside from it. Shop told me that there is a crack where the drain meets the firewall. Quote was around $700.

Obviously, I would like to fix it myself. I live in Louisiana, so A/C is a must. Any tips? I tried to get the cover off, but couldn't find all the screws. I was going to try to silicone the crap out of it next.
