leaking antifreeze AGAIN 700 1989

In March my dad and I replaced the head gasket and almost all the gaskets that are in between. It has driven fine for the last few months then basically near beginning of September gasket at the top of the water pump has started leaking and the gasket at thermostat is also leaking.

Why would this start all of a sudden?

what can I do? do i have to replace the gaskets again?
