Dilute it, the formula is 1 cup to 1 quart. One of the most natural cleaners you can get a hold of to, environmentally friendly also (fight off the urge to hug a tree).
I use plain white vinegar and water to clean the tinted windows in my cars and all the plastic. The ammonia based cleaners will cause window tint to discolor. No such issues with the vinegar.
You can also spray in on cloth and let it dry also without fear of it fading the fabric. The Armor All seems to help slow the return of the mold on the plastic and vinyl.
Did not need Inga when she had a no start so pushed her in the garage for over a winter and spring. Ended up needing her when the kid went off to college and decided to put her back on the road. Nothing like pulling the door open and seeing your steering wheel and seats covered with a growth. Had to clean up all that before I worked on the no start problem. When I got Inga fixed and ready to road test after the sit up, backed her out of the garage onto the street and gunned the gas. She was trailing a fine dust cloud of dryer lint and dust for the first 100 feet or so on the way to the car wash. At least the interior wasn't molded up.
Good Luck,
Paul
