Could it be a dirty TB, again? 200

I'm experiencing stalling when the car is put into reverse, again. I had the same problem last winter, cleaned the TB and voila! I have recently replaced the air filter, plugs, distributor, and cap. The vacuum hoses seem to be ok at first glance. I have noticed the pre-heater hose is cracked(again). So, could it be a dirty TB, again? Surely it won't gum up that quickly, would it? And what about the AMM? I been searching posts and know it is possible to clean it, is it worth buying a can of cleaner?

Thanks in advance for any input

Matt
