Rich problem 700 1991

Hi all,

1991 740 turbo, M46, B230FT

I have a rich running problem that is driving me crazy. The car starts & runs fine. Full throttle, partial throttle OK. You can see a slight haze from the exhaust when you excelerate hard. The idle hunts slightly. You can smell the rich exhaust, the mileage is very bad & the tailpipe in BLACK. Usually runs light grey.
- Error codes 113 & 232.
-O2 sensor works OK. 6 monthes old.
- After running a bit the sensor is pegged at 0.15 vdc & steady.
-ECT temp. sensor is good, tested freezer to boiling OK
-Had multiple FI computers (rebuilts from different people less than 1 yr. old)& AMMs from another no problems B230FT car.
Followed the Volvo Green book for LH2.4 113 & 232 codes as far as I can. I don't have the test box that clips to the FI ECU & you can't get access to the ECU pins when connected to the harness.
I had a very small exhaust leak @ the turbo outlet- now fixed, no change.
I had a very bad intake gasket (missing 1") but made no noise. Fixed no change.
Cleaned throttle body, no change.
Evap. canister tests fine.
Crankcase ventalation is OK
Intake grounds for FI are soldered & good. Ran a separate grd. from the battery, no change.
Continuity of the O2 sensor lead to ECU is OK

The only thing that was a bit odd from the Green book testing was the continuity testing of the O2 sensor lead to grd(disconnected from sensor w/ ECU connected). Book says should be infinity but was 126 K ohms.
ECU grd pin (#5) to several ECU pins have a resistance of 126K ohms.
Doing this test on my good running B230FT gives me 126K ohms so I don't think this is anything.

I suspect a small exhaust leak somewhere. There is no hint of any exhaust leak.
