Wiper spring? 120-130 1967

I took the car out in a much needed light rain yesterday to check for water leaks. The driver's wiper had been positioned too far down so it was slapping the bottom of the chrome windshield surround.
No big deal, just pry off the wiper arm and move it up 1/2 inch. BUT, the spring snapped! Fortunately, I was back in the garage and the 2 spring holders remained in place. The spring had rusted all of the way through.

Can I get a replacement spring at any ol autoparts store?

Should I try to find new arms? The blades are brand new.

Thanks,
Klaus
