Rich problem 700 1991

Check the fuel pressure regulator vacuum line for signs of gas. Replace the regulator if present. Check for any intake leaks. If the rubber intake tubes are oily then the diaphram in the compressor bypass valve is bad and leaking. This is different from the waste gate. Have you checked the injectors for leakage? Not sure if that O2 sensor reading is good. I think it should vary around 0.5 - 0.8.
