I had exact symptoms on my 1991 Regina 745. 215,000 miles Hard start, then harder start, then no start over a period of many months. Changed fuel pressure regulator, radio suppression relay and fuel pump relay. No cure. It was the fuel pump. There's a pictorial on how to change it out there somewhere.
