Broken Timing belt 200

My timing belt broke. I have the top front cover off, all the drivebelts off, fan and fan pully off. How do I reset the timing since the belt broke? I have changed belts before, but they didn't break. Do I take off the harmonic balencer then the bottom front cover, then line up the dots and make sure I am tdc and the rotor button is pionted at the #1 firing spot on the distributor. I also do not have any air tools and must remobe the harmonic balencer bolt. Can I but a breaker bar on the bolt and bump start the car so that the starter turns the pully and losens the bolt. Note the breaker bar will be secure on the bottom of the frame. This has worked in the past when I have worked on the legendary toyota 22r. How big of a rope should I use for the rope trick? Any advice would be nice I am walking to work and it really sucks.
