Outside air on right shin 200

I am flummoxed by a really strong stream of outside air hitting about the middle of my right shin on the drivers side. I have looked from inside, outside and underneath and cannot see where I have what appears to be a good size air leak in my firewall. Checked steering column, heater hoses everything that I can see in the area where I feel it seems solid to me.

Also my vacuum actuated vent doors are disabled right now but I was feeling this before when the recycle air button and door was working so I do not think it is whatever door that allows outside air to come through...though it would be nice to know where that is.

Any ideas on where this is coming from would be most appreciated.

Thanks very much,
Jim Lee
