Assuming that your engine is now filled with fresh oil, I think I'd consider dropping it out and mixing it with a 4oz can of ZDDPlus. Use that to refill the engine by pouring down the pushrod holes. Maybe even mix 3oz with the oil less 1 pint and mix the remaining 1oz with that as the final amount added equally to each lifter.
Comments from techies very welcome. The ZPPP site is an interesting but complex read but the stuff is well reviewed.

It would seem that is no substitute for liberally coating the new lobes with a suitable break in lube so in this case it will be fingers crossed.
