Help with Late Transmission Up Shifting 700 1990

Recently had an oil change a quick lube place (1990 740 Turbo with automatic) and they really messed up the car. The car was stalling and check engine light was on after they changed the oil. Opened the hood and found the large hose from the mass air flow sensor to the turbo input was off and the vacuum line to the trans kick down valve near the trans dipstick was off. Reconnected everything to where I thought it should be, disconnected the battery to get rid of the check engine light on. The problem is that now the Transmission will not up shift normally and is delayed. In other words you have to run up the RPM's and then back off on the gas to get the transmission to up shift - not good. I think I still have a vacuum issue somewhere that is effecting the transmission up shifts.
Anyone have some thoughts on this, It would be greatly appreciated

Additionally: Never let two 18 yr. old girls change the oil on your car.
