Still Can't Solve Brake Problem 200 1985

My problem that I can't solve is on both front rotors the inside pads don't seem to have the same pressure as the outside pads do. So far I have changed the master brake cylinder,brake booster(wooshing sound),all new brake lines,calipers,rotors,wheel bearings.Could it be some problem with the pressure differential valve? I don't get any light but the bulb could be out but maybe restricting because of corrosion?I am running out of ides.Anyone run into this problem??? Thanks in advance,Charlie
