Well, it works! And here I am replying to my own message. It appears that using the image URL allow only one image per post. If this is incorrect, I continue to be open to suggestion. In this case I was able to use the URL that was attached to my picture in my blog, whic apparently acts as an image-hosting site.
I tend to take many pictures of projects as I go along, and I believe that some of the pictures and descriptions could be helpful to others.
